The infrastructure project is thanks to generous grant funding from the Wyoming Library Multi-Purpose Community Facility Program. The Wyoming Library Multi-Purpose Community Facility Program (WLMCF) is funded by a grant to the State of Wyoming through the U.S. Department of the Treasury Coronavirus Capital Projects Fund (CPF).

Special thanks to ACPL's other financial supporters on the project: Albany County 1% Optional Funds, the Albany County Recreation Board, and the ACPL Foundation.

Construction Update: Week of April 7-11

Photo of meeting room renovation. Text in graphic notes: It’s been fairly noisy these past few weeks at ACPL. Behind the scenes, the construction crew has trenched the plumbing path for the Meeting Room kitchenette and new single-user bathroom in the lobby.
Photos of front entrance renovation. Text in graphic notes: At the front entrance, the majority of the concrete pad has been removed. The construction crew has also removed the old tile that was the old lobby floor. Plumbing for the new single-user bathroom has been installed. A portion of the exterior brick has been removed. This will be the new public entrance to the Meeting Room.

You can also see the start of removing the brick wall to construct the new public entrance to the ACPL meeting room.

Using the Temporary Entrance

The temporary entrance is located on the south side of the Laramie Branch behind the blue book drop. Look for the "Enter Here" sign and the ramp to guide you. Parking is available in the two south parking lots. Watch the video to see how to enter!
